For yderligere information om denne genetiske faktor kan du l\u00e6se mere her: Alzheimer\u2019s Disease Genetics Fact Sheet.<\/p><p>Denne opdagelse motiverede mig til at s\u00f8ge omfattende information om forebyggelse og behandling. I min research blev jeg introduceret til et bredt spektrum af forskere og fortalere inden for longevity-feltet gennem b\u00f8ger og YouTube-kanaler dedikeret til emnet. Mit m\u00e5l var at finde metoder til at uds\u00e6tte eller forebygge udviklingen af Alzheimers sygdom. Da jeg har dyrket v\u00e6gttr\u00e6ning i mange \u00e5r, antog jeg tidligere, at \u00f8mhederne skyldtes tr\u00e6ningen. Det bem\u00e6rkelsesv\u00e6rdige er, at \u00f8mhederne er forsvundet uden \u00e6ndringer i tr\u00e6ningsmetoden. Jeg tilskriver denne forbedring en kombination af kosttilskud og medicin \u2013 s\u00e6rligt Rapamycin.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">For at f\u00e5 et videnskabeligt indblik i min krops tilstand fik jeg foretaget en omfattende unders\u00f8gelse hos Aetas Diagnostics. Her blev der identificeret flere v\u00e6sentlige \u00e6ndringer i mine blodpr\u00f8ver. Den mest markante forbedring var en reduktion af IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1) til under 100 ng\/mL. Lavere niveauer af IGF-1 er ofte forbundet med l\u00e6ngere levetid og lavere risiko for aldersrelaterede sygdomme.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Jeg fik desuden m\u00e5lt niveauerne af Lipoprotein(a) (LP(a)) og Apolipoprotein B (ApoB), som begge er vigtige mark\u00f8rer for kardiovaskul\u00e6r risiko. Mine resultater viste et lavt LP(a)-niveau p\u00e5 31 nmol\/L, hvilket indikerer en lav risiko for hjerte-kar-sygdomme.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"text-align: var(--text-align);\">Endelig afsl\u00f8rede en genetisk analyse, at jeg ikke har en forh\u00f8jet risiko for Alzheimers sygdom. Forskningen inden for longevity besk\u00e6ftiger sig med, hvordan man kan bremse aldringsprocessen og reducere risikoen for aldersrelaterede sygdomme.<\/p><p><b>3. Rapamycin:<br \/><\/b>En medicin, der oprindeligt blev udviklet som immund\u00e6mpende middel ved organtransplantationer. IGF-1 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1):<\/b><br \/>Et hormon, der minder om insulin og er vigtigt for v\u00e6kst og celledeling. H\u00f8je niveauer af IGF-1 er ofte forbundet med hurtigere aldring og \u00f8get risiko for visse kr\u00e6ftformer, mens lavere niveauer kan v\u00e6re knyttet til \u00f8get levetid.<\/p><p>Se mere: NIH om IGF-1.<\/p><p><b>5. LP(a) (Lipoprotein(a)):<br \/><\/b>En type kolesterol, der er genetisk bestemt og kan \u00f8ge risikoen for hjerte-kar-sygdomme, hvis niveauet er forh\u00f8jet. LP(a) best\u00e5r af LDL (det \u201cd\u00e5rlige\u201d kolesterol) kombineret med et protein kaldet Apolipoprotein(a).<\/p><p><b>6. ApoB (Apolipoprotein B):<br \/><\/b>Et protein, der findes i LDL-kolesterolpartikler og bruges som en mark\u00f8r for at vurdere risikoen for \u00e5reforkalkning og hjerte-kar-sygdomme. Jo h\u00f8jere ApoB, desto flere skadelige kolesterolpartikler er til stede i blodet.<\/p><p><b>7. Aetas Diagnostics:<br \/><\/b>En klinik, der tilbyder avancerede helbredsunders\u00f8gelser og blodpr\u00f8ver for at evaluere sundhedstilstand og risiko for sygdomme. Denne balance mellem muskelopbygning og kondition styrker b\u00e5de min krop og mit kredsl\u00f8b.<\/p><p>Styrketr\u00e6ningen hj\u00e6lper med at opretholde muskelmasse og knoglestyrke, mens l\u00f8betr\u00e6ningen forbedrer mit kondital, som er p\u00e5 39, og styrker mit hjerte og lunger. Tr\u00e6ningen er ikke blot fysisk \u2013 den forbedrer ogs\u00e5 min mentale sundhed ved at reducere stress og forbedre s\u00f8vnkvaliteten, som jeg n\u00f8je overv\u00e5ger med mit Apple Watch.<\/p><p>Regelm\u00e6ssig tr\u00e6ning modvirker aldersrelaterede sygdomme som knoglesk\u00f8rhed, hjerte-kar-sygdomme og metaboliske lidelser.
